Description
You just PRUNED a large tree that we've been asking to have REMOVED for two years. As I explained to the arborist on site, the tree is not only dropping large branches around two houses where nine children live, it is also growing a gigantic root into my neighbor's foundation causing property damage. At the very least, you need to COME BACK AND CUT OFF THIS ROOT.
