Description
I purchase a Brown can but the trash guys refuse to empty it. The brown paint is wearing off. I need a replacement, so they'll empty it. Plus, I have broken can that was replaced, however the broken can still needs to be removed. It's damaged by the trash truck.. hence the reason for missing wheel.
