Description
The aggregate asphalt shoveled into a pothole was not leveled adequately and the contractor left the job site without properly finishing the repair. The aggregate is mounded above street level by 4-5” and cars now must drive around the repair site. The attempted repair is even worse than the original pothole. We watched as the contractor left the site without tamping down and leveling the asphalt aggregate. I would never accept this work as completed if on my private property.
