Description
Tree is blocking STOP sign because of that many fail to stop creating dangerous intersection, tree roots has pushed curb out cannot park near tree,algae has grow up tree from base of tree not able to walk on what supposed to be a sidewalk making it a hazard for walking.Makes the area unfriendly to disabled . Yes utility line is through.
