Description

The entire width of Helen Lane is a mess of several pothole all connected stretching from curb to curb and is ENTIRELY falling apart & has been patched to death. Ive lived here 15 years & it has never been truly repaired. Every patch job lasts 6-12 months. Ive already broken one rim 4 years ago. This is the worst its ever been. Please fix properly. Thanks
