Description
Someone has dumped a bunch of trash in the alley behind The Byrd Theatre. The Byrd Theatre has camera footage of the man bringing multiple loads of trash and has left it on the ground beside The Byrd Theatre’s dumpster. According to one of the boxes left in the pile, the man’s name is Clayton Hewltson and he lives at 28 S Colonial Ave.
