Description
City paving last fall raised the road 1.5" and now water collects at end of driveway and will not drain. Compounding the matter is a neighbor's sump pump that discharges on Cary Street Rd and contributes to the problem. This is a nuisance and collects leaves and sand. In cold weather, it freezes. This is a problem caused and made worse by the paving done and not matching the previous elevation of the asphalt surface (the new asphalt thickness is more than they milled)
