Description

This is the THIRD TIME I am reporting this, and each time DPW closes the ticket saying the potholes have been repaired. THERE HAS BEEN NO WORK DONE, AND THE POTHOLES ARE STILL PRESENT. It appears to me that you are "COOKING THE BOOKs" to run your numbers up.
