Description
The 4 way stop sign at Wilmington & Lanvale could use enforcement measures to reduce the number of run stop signs. Particularly during morning and afternoon rush hour, drivers looking to avoid the Laburnum and Hermitage intersection will cut through the neighborhood - disregarding the stop sign completely or treating it as a yield sign. Pedestrians and children are very common in the neighborhood, and frequent disregard of these stop signs is a major safety concern.
