Description
For years. some cars have had their undersides scraped while trying to enter alley, but since the ice storm, the alley presents a problem to most cars. We are damaging our cars trying to enter the alley and large trucks trying to deliver oil, etc cannot use that exit at all. The enter using the other entrance and then can't get out without trying to back out of an alley that has a sharp dogleg. We need safe passage for cars and trucks entering and leaviing the alley. Thank you.
