Description

Hi, cars traveling south on Hull Street regularly run the red light and block the intersection at 2nd Street. This prevents people from being able to turn left from 2nd Street onto Hull Street to get through the light. This us on a daily basis. There should be a very LARGE sign ststing “do not block intersection”. Traffic cops should be out there daily writing tickets. This area is getting more and more congested with all of the apartments that are going up in Manchester.
