Description

The road starting at Lombardy Street/Stuart Circle and continuing behind First English Lutheran Church and entering into the parking garage is in terrible shape. The asphalt is breaking apart and in some areas you can see the bricks/cobblestones underneath. It is very bumpy to drive on and dangerous to walk on.
