Comments
- Staff · March 18, 2026A field investigation has been completed. Based on the inspector’s findings, the stone/material observed at the site is located on private property and is not obstructing the City’s public right-of-way or alley access. Therefore, at this time, there is no impact to public access within the alley. Additionally, there is an active permit on file (WISP #161819-2026) associated with the construction activity at this location. Given these findings, no further action is required from the Department of Public Works at this time. However, we appreciate you reporting this matter, as it allowed us to verify conditions and ensure the public right-of-way remains clear and accessible. If you notice any changes or worsening conditions, please feel free to report them.
