Description
Tree near the intersection of Libbie Avenue and Park Avenue has large limbs extending over Park Avenue. These limbs drop chunks of wood, sticks, and other debris into the roadway where people walk, park, and ride bicycles. I, like most of the neighborhood, am concerned for the safety of persons and property should this not be addressed. Most of the tree appears dead. We would all like it removed.
