Description
The other trees around here are flowering with buds , this tree only has broken limbs that are constantly falling, cleaning them up daily from the yard and sidewalk, the gutter is full and water pools in yard because of that,someone supposedly came out but I have Never seen anyone, I just would like someone to come see it and explain to me what constitutes it being a viable tree as opposed to one dying or near dead. Thanks
