Description
Road is regularly trafficed by elementary school children who ride bikes. Especially near stop signs, the buildup of sand is a hazard to kids cycling to school. I have observed children struggling to stop quickly at intersection at base of Kingcrest hill. Kingcrest including Willete Drive are common travel zones for kids commuring to school.
