Description

There is still a live wire coming out between the sidewalk and street. I have reported this in the past and was told that it was fixed, but it is not. I tested it today with a voltage detector and it is live. This is a safety hazard. It is audacious of the city to enforce any building or safety code when this is a blatant shock hazard that could potentially hurt or kill someone. This is a multi million dollar lawsuit waiting to happen, and you cannot say you didn't know. Fix it.
