Description
Unbelievable! Driveway with not permit? I have tons of clients in the neighborhood asking me to put a driveway in front of there house, and say no due to zoning restrictions. Now they call me and tell me I dont know what Im talking about. They just do it, no approval? Fix this!

- Staff · March 23, 2026Upon review by Right of Way Management, this address had an existing curb cut fronting the property, at which location, during a City sidewalk replacement project, a City contractor installed a driveway apron, and subsequently the property owner installed a driveway within the boundaries of their property. Based upon their review they do not find that the property owner performed any unpermitted activities within the public right-of-way.
