Description
Yet another parked car on Stafford between Grove and Floyd has been side swiped just a few weeks after another incident. This is at least the sixth incident that we know of in the last 4 years on this block. Cars speed crossing Floyd and Grove, particularly at night, and are increasingly causing property damage and safety concerns. There needs to be a traffic study on this street.

The DMV crash history for the last five years (1.1.21 – 12.31 25) has not shown any reported crashes on Stafford Ave between Grove Ave and Floyd Ave. Stafford stops for Floyd traffic. An all-way stop is at Stafford and Grove. Corner clearance for Stafford Ave traffic entering Grove and entering Floyd via No Parking signs on the corners: - Grove has both corners signed. - Floyd - DPW plans to field review and install them on both corners if needed.
