Description
the signal box for the light at N Nansemond Street and Floyd Ave (SW corner) has multiple tags. So does the box at the crosswalk at N Nansemond Street and Grove (SE corner). This has been a recurring problem for years. I think the mayor should create an anti graffiti task force.
