Description
Cars failing to yield to pedestrians in cross walks. I will wait several minutes to cross Jefferson Avenue in front of the Jefferson Avenue Community Garden. I will even be in the middle of the intersection with my kid and cars will go in front of me. It is so unsafe. With the number of pedestrian fatalities happening in Richmond there needs to be enforcement, especially along Jefferson Avenue. consider posting officers for enforcement, push bottoms for pedestrian crossing and additional signs.
