The Department of Public Works conducted a field inspection of the location following your report. At the time of the inspection, no construction activity was observed within the public right-of-way and no obstructions to the roadway or sidewalk were present. The area appeared to be open and accessible, and no conditions requiring traffic control or permitting were identified. Based on the inspection findings, no violation of the City’s right-of-way regulations was observed at this location at this time. However, we appreciate you notifying us of the situation, as citizen reports help us ensure that work occurring within the public right-of-way is properly permitted and conducted safely.
