Description
This section of road experiences frequent near-accidents and dangerous traffic conditions. Drivers traveling toward West Broad Street often encounter congestion and confusion near the traffic light before Fire Station 18. The current lane configuration appears insufficient for the volume of traffic using this corridor. In addition, the traffic signals between Kensington Avenue and Patterson Avenue frequently do not function properly, which causes drivers to hesitate, run lights unintentionally.
