Description
Subject: Road Condition Complaint – N Thompson St (W Cary St to W Broad St) I am reporting extremely poor road conditions on North Thompson Street between West Cary Street and West Broad Street in Richmond. This stretch of road appears to have had recent construction work, yet it is already full of potholes and deteriorating pavement. Instead of a proper repair, the work looks like a cosmetic patch that has quickly failed. There are potholes after potholes along this corridor.
