Description

Speeding and cut through traffic is going to hit and kill someone if the city doesnt place speed bumps. If you dont agree after assement call me. 804 869 1510 Placing an officer in plain site with lights on to assess the situation is a ridiculous waste of time and resources. I’m happy to share my ring camera footage. Too large to upload.
