Description
There is a large tree that looks dead or diseased at the back right corner of 3110 Stockton St. The Tree ID with Richmond Urban Forestry is 101652. It looks like a power line does run through part of this. I believe it needs to be taken down before it causes damage. The attached photos are from a home inspector who recently looked at it.
