Citizen is requesting a four way stop sign at an intersection of 27th St and R St; states he got in an accident; states there should be a stop sign at each corner not just two

    The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. The intersection of R St and N. 27th St does not currently meet the traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop.
