Description
Major damage to E Leigh Street through VCU Health Campus area and across bridge (approx. N 7th to Mosby St) has become increasingly horrible over the last year. The road has been damage and repaired multiple times, but needs to be entirely re-paved. Increasing potholes have created major issues that are causing severe vehicle damage even when driving at speeds as low as 10 mph for regular commuters. Ice Storm in Jan 2026 made it even worse.
