"I am requesting a traffic engineering review of the Glenburnie Rd & Patterson Ave intersection (VA-6 / 5601 VA-6, Richmond VA 23226) due to a documented injury crash and multiple near-misses involving left-turn yield-on-green conflicts and right-turn-on-red conflicts from Glenburnie Rd. I am requesting evaluation for: no Turn on Red restriction from the glenburnie side, and a sight distance study for cars driving behind trucks
