- Staff · March 11, 2026The Department of Public Works must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before proposing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to public travel. Warrants in the MUTCD must be met. The intersection of P St and 31st St does not meet the traffic conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. DPW will review for the need for more No Parking signs to enhance intersection sight distance.
- Staff · March 16, 2026Inspected the location. Work Order 149573 has been completed. The work order called for the installation of corner clearance signs.
