Description
The crosswalks at 24th and Broad running across Broad Street are pretty much invisible. The stop signs are often missed in both directions (east or west on crossing Broad). Crosswalks and possibly pedestrian blinkers could be used as this is high traffic area for kids and adults, bus groups and tourists in front of Historic St John's Church and Patrick Henry Park.
