Description
The tree has roots growing the front yard of house. Also possibly affecting the sewer line, with roots growing into the line. Limbs are falling off the tree affecting pedestrians ,and dogs. The roots are affecting the walkway around it, making the grounds unstable to walk on.. This is a major hazard to pedestrians
