Description

Citizen had a previous ticket requesting a speed bump. The ticket was closed out indicating that the average speed measured 20mph. He is requesting to have someone come back out because vehicles are speeding down this block and he believes they are doing 45-50mph. Lucille Brown school is nearby and he is concern about their safety.
