Description
Requesting alternate light sequence during peak rush-hour times for the S 5th Street traffic lights. During peak rush hour times, approximately 1600-1800 in the evening, it is nearly impossible to turn left from 5th to Byrd. Requesting individual green light sequences for either side of 5th St. I sat on the bridge for 5 light sequences where no more than 1 car was able to turn left per green cycle. Several ran the red light.
