Description
Each day I travel Hermitage to turn left onto Westbrook. At 5:30 AM as you come up this hill to the light you cannot see this concrete median, please paint reflective around this median. This site says do not report new. pavement markings go to FAQ I cannot find the FAQ on my phone it's not painfully obvious where this exists so I'm submitting this here is for new pavement markings
