Description

I don't know where else to make this suggestion. I love all the proposed improvements for Pedestrian Safety. When I cross a street, I try to make eye contact with the drivers who are stopped. Perhaps we could have an advertising campaign, "Start the Wave." Drivers and Pedestrians acknowledge each other. This will increase driver awareness as they look for someone to wave to and also pedestrian safety since they have to look up. Safety relies on both parties paying attention.
