Description

Tree # 126813, 517 W 21st. This tree has been in poor condition due to its location under powerlines. A tree crew (presumably on behalf of Dominion Energy) removed limbs yesterday, leaving it very unbalanced with only one limb that leans towards the house. In the past the tree has had ground bees under its trunk/roots and has dropped limbs in storms. With its current health, I believe this tree should be assessed and possibly removed.
