Description
The lack of detour signage at 14th and Dock created a public safety hazard. There was no communication on RVA in a timely manner, just focus on the "Pothole blitz". This was very poorly executed and created a pressure cooker of traffic. Several road rage incidents were witnessed in just a 25 minute period, and vehicles going the wrong way down one way streets. Please, do better. You're capable of it.
