Description
There is a significant amount of vegetation growing/building up around the utility pole at the alley corner of Douglasdale/Huxley. It appears that this has become a vegetation dumping ground for both residfents of that alley and potentially the city when they clear the easement. Bulk trash pickup has been missed and recycling has been missed for almost 2 months now. There is a significant bit of illegal dumping happening here. It is a disgusting corner and the utility pole must be at risk.
