Dear Citizen, Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. I attempted to reach you using the phone number provided to get more information, but was unable to connect as there was no response. In the meantime, I evaluated the signal operations at the intersection of Main Street and Belvidere Street. Based on the review, a slight adjustment to the PM peak timing is needed and will be implemented soon. You should begin to notice improvements in traffic flow during the evening rush hour in the coming weeks after the changes are in place. Thank you again for your feedback. I am closing this request at this time.
