Description

This Willow Oak has been infected since I moved in to 810 Westwood Ave in 2009. The branches do not fully leaf out and need pruning. Pedestrians rip the branches that obstruct the sidewalk and trucks tear off branches on the other side, creating long open wounds. I regularly pick up dead branches.
