Description
The view of oncoming traffic from Roseneath Rd is nearly completely obstructed, especially when vehicles are parked on Roseneath. It is very difficult to proceed onto Cutshaw Ave due to oncoming traffic being obstructed. I recommend adding a 4-way stop to prevent the near-misses I witness daily.

- Staff · March 4, 2026The Department of Public Works must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before proposing an all-way stop. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to public travel. Warrants in the MUTCD must be met. The intersection of Roseneath Rd and Cutshaw Ave does not meet the traffic conditions set forth in the MUTCD for an all-way stop. The latest Google Street view (2023) shows No Parking signs on Roseneath Rd for each corner at Cutshaw Ave to enhance sight distance. Staff plans to extend some of the No Parking areas.
