Description
Mulberry tree in the alley at back of yard has wrapped around utility lines - pole has COR badge on it, but is tied to Verizon, Dominion and Comcast utility lines. Citizen has tried reaching out to each of these companies, all have pointed to the others to fix it. Please assist in determining who owns this problem.
