- System · April 1, 2026DPW Feedback: DPW will reach out o the Arborist to confirm why the crew was unable to service the tree yesterday as scheduled and to obtain a new estimated date for the rescheduled work. The tree is technically the responsibility of CSX to maintain; however, UF previously performed clearance pruning because it was interfering with trash collection. Per City Code, property owners are responsible for vegetation management up to the centerline of any abutting alley—in this case, the responsible property owner is CSX.
