Description
Illegal Sign. The owner of the big house on Harlan Circle has placed signs, rocks, and posts in the public green space on this road. The signs are not visible and forces cars to veer unexpectedly in a narrow street. This is a very walkable neighborhood and just because he has a big house does not mean that he should be able to control the green space. He also is doing a lot of construction and blocks off some of the street, his contractors park in front of the neighbors. Such privilege.
