Problem Description: Second sink hole forming roughly 2 feet away from pot hole that was poorly patched on the 2300 block of Halifax Ave. Could we have this fixed properly? This is a high traffic road due to the adjacent streets being one way roads with Ingram Ave no longer connecting to Hwy 1.;Streets between or nearest intersection 2300 Block on Halifax Ave;
