Description
I had a service ticket closed already for this. I just opened another ticket after we had damage happen AGAIN to our roof after the initial ticket was closed. We had someone evaluate the tree and said the limbs can't be taken back because it would make the tree unstable. These are both City trees and we should not be having to pay for this on top of replacing/repairing our roof because you all won't come out here to maintain the trees.
