Description
We had a service ticket closed after requesting that limbs be trimmed back surrounding our property. We had just spent $8K refinishing our metal roof in a historic district. After the service ticket was closed a limb fell on the roof again causing damage from the City side of the road. This caused leaks inside to our tenants and the roof needed patch again. Please see attached correspondence and dates of emails along with prior request dates.
