Description
Carytown is experiencing a pinch point at W. Cary Street and Nansemond due the GRTC buses idling on the Dogma side of the street. This causes drivers to drive in the middle of the street at times. Merchant's are requesting there be a stretch of no parking signs to balance this area out. We though GRTC was going to move the idle of the 2-3 buses over to Ellwood.
