Description
The enitre alley needs repair. Why in the world would y’all only asphalt one small space when the entire alley has been destoryed by the ice and the large garbage/recycle trucks? The whole alley is flooded, that had to have been obvious when you paved a tiny portion. Please come back and fix the entire alley so eveyone can get to their trash cans.
